Some of you might know, but I have only recently found out a natural sugar replacement with almost NO calories.
You find it on the top above flour and sugar at New World. The green package, Mother Earth, is `1 to`1, but the other, cream-coloured package, you only need half the amount your recipe suggests.
Good for baking, but here is a warning, I used it to make Quince Paste - didn't work, stayed like a thick jam although ruby red. So I guess it would not work for jam or jellies either, too bad.
